Lincoln School Apartment Program Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

"It has taken a lot of dedication and hard work from everyone involved to complete the Lincoln School Apartment Project. Despite all of the obstacles, we are very grateful to be able to finally have 20 new affordable housing units available. It comes at a time when our community has never been more in need."

~ David Bayne, Executive Director

We are very excited to be nearing the end of construction and look forward to opening our doors very soon!

The Lincoln School Apartment Program will assist peers in obtaining safe and affordable housing. Our apartments are fully furnished, contain a kitchenette with appliances, and private bath with a tub and shower.

Each apartment includes electric, central heat and air, Wi-Fi access, and a laundry room on the main floor. There will be staff on-site 24/7 to ensure safety and provide support for our tenants. There will also be common areas to relax and socialize, and nutritional meals provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If you would like to learn more about how to apply for our housing program, you can send a message through our website.

We will be inviting the community to attend an open house in the upcoming weeks. If you would like to receive an invitation, then fill out the contact information on our website and send a message to be added to our list!

After hearing Marley's podcast this week, many people have contacted asking what they can do to help. S.T.E.P. by S.T.E.P., Inc. will be equipped with a commercial kitchen and is currently hoping to provide free or discounted meals for the members of our community. If you would like to donate to our Hunger Relief Initiative, you can follow the link below to contribute.

Helping is an on-going process, and we will keep you informed of any community initiatives events. We invite you to join us as we take action to improve and strengthen our community!
