Service Description
Mind & Motion is a welcoming, peer-led space where gentle movement meets mental wellness. This class explores how physical activity—no matter your ability level—can support your emotional health, reduce stress, and help you feel more grounded in your body. Through light stretching, walking, breathwork, or simple exercises, we’ll connect movement to mood, energy, and healing. You don’t need to be “in shape” or have any experience—just come as you are, and move in a way that feels good for you. This is about more than exercise. It’s about honoring your body, improving your well-being, and finding calm through motion—together. Who it’s for: Open to anyone. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
