Life can be tough — but you don’t have to face it alone. “Thriving Through Hard Times” is a peer-led, supportive workshop designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether you're experiencing housing insecurity, recovering from hardship, or just looking for a path forward. Through open discussion, shared experiences, and practical tools, we’ll explore how to build emotional resilience, manage stress, and find hope in difficult situations. This class is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive — no matter where they’re starting from. Participants will: Learn healthy coping strategies and stress-reduction techniques Explore the power of peer support and shared lived experience Build confidence and personal insight during uncertain times Connect with available support programs, including housing services, the Warming Center, and Home & Community Based Services Whether you're currently facing a tough situation or looking to stay strong in the face of future challenges, this workshop offers a space to grow — together.
